You should join me in doing a 30 day challenge. Pick something that you can do every single day of June. Do something manageable so you can commit to it and be successful. Here are a few ideas:
- Look up a piece of art every day and do a bit of research on it
- Read a Wikipedia article on something that interests you
- Read a chapter in a classic book
- Read your Bible
- Add a vegetable to your lunch
- Add two minutes to your workout
- Get up ten minutes earlier and do some yoga
- Do one random act of kindness every day
- Send a message to a friend you haven't talked to in a while
- make it a point to smile and say hello to at least one stranger
I think this is a good idea! I've always wanted to try a 30-day challenge when I hear about them, but haven't come up with anything definite to blog about (though I have some ideas). Maybe I'll think of something to start next month.
