Thirty Day Challenge

Hey guys! Starting today I am going to be participating in a 30 day challenge. I am going to take a picture every day and make a mini-Scrapbook of all the pictures. I'm going to be concentrating on many of the mundane activities of my life, not because I want the project to be boring, but I really want to capture what my life is like. Some days I just don't do anything particularly interesting, but that's ok. I will be posting my pictures as I take them, so you can see them as I do them and then again in the scrapbook.

You should join me in doing a 30 day challenge. Pick something that you can do every single day of June. Do something manageable so you can commit to it and be successful. Here are a few ideas:

  • Look up a piece of art every day and do a bit of research on it
  • Read a Wikipedia article on something that interests you
  • Read a chapter in a classic book
  • Read your Bible
  • Add a vegetable to your lunch
  • Add two minutes to your workout
  • Get up ten minutes earlier and do some yoga
  • Do one random act of kindness every day
  • Send a message to a friend you haven't talked to in a while
  • make it a point to smile and say hello to at least one stranger
What are some other ideas? Will you participate too? I will be back later to post my picture!

I think this is a good idea! I've always wanted to try a 30-day challenge when I hear about them, but haven't come up with anything definite to blog about (though I have some ideas). Maybe I'll think of something to start next month.
Good luck with your challenge!
